Job summary

WD is seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to direct cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and ensure product quality and delivery commitments across high-volume manufacturing environments. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, risk management, and collaboration with engineering and quality teams.

The candidate will spearhead the adoption of new processes and systems, drive operational excellence, and sustain high performance standards in a dynamic, global setting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in operations, process engineering, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Minimum 10 years in a leadership or managerial role directing operation teams across functions.
• Preferred experience in process optimization, performance improvement, and quality management.

Job Description

• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration with operations, quality, engineering and other business functions
