Job summary

WD is building the infrastructure behind the AI-driven data economy. The IT Developer will design, code, test, and deploy software for HR & Payroll projects, collaborating with HR experts to align systems with business needs.

The role involves configuring Workday modules in Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, and Talent Management, plus developing with ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, REST APIs, and SQL. Strong analytic and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent. Work experience may be considered in lieu of education qualification.
1-2 years of recent experience in user requirement analysis and software development; fresh graduates encouraged.
Working knowledge of HR processes, policies and procedures strongly preferred.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Good communication skills – both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Implement and support the company’s HR & Payroll application system.
Participate in system design, writing and implementing efficient code.
Conduct and facilitates UAT and augmenting test scenarios to test solutions and implement operational processes.
Maintaining and upgrading existing systems.
Manage Workday system configuration and integration for Recruiting/Compensation/Performance/ Talent Management.
Collaborate with HR subject matter experts and HR business partners on system design decisions and process design.
