ADVANCED DEFENCE SYSTEMS SDN BHD is seeking a motivated Junior Executive, Human Resource, to support full spectrum HRM and administration. You will work closely with senior team members in daily HR operations, reporting and compliance, gaining hands-on experience across payroll, recruitment, onboarding and records management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field with HRM & Admin as major
• Basic knowledge of HRM and labor laws
• 12-month contract with potential absorption based on performance
• Performance assessment with potential raise during contract
• 7–10 days soft skills training including AI training and overtime pay eligibility
• Annual leave and medical leave provided

Responsabilidades

• Assist with new recruitment and onboarding activities (interviews, advertising, application monitoring, follow-ups, selection, job offers, induction)
• Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, memos, and guidelines
• Handle payroll processes from start to finish
• Provide payroll information (attendance, leave, overtime, EPF, SOCSO, PCB)
• Maintain personnel records (physical and digital)
• Coordinate with external partners (insurers, EPF, SOCSO, LHDN) ensuring compliance
• Support employee development and training (training plans, provider liaison, HRDC claims)
• Answer HR-related queries and provide timely feedback to departments
• Answer incoming calls, direct messages, and relay information
• Manage mail and communications promptly
• Assist with Administration tasks and related duties
• Other related departmental tasks
