Job summary

Fantastic Food Factory Sdn Bhd is hiring a Junior Finance Executive (Accounts Receivable) to manage daily AR operations, issue invoices and statements, and maintain accurate customer records in our fast‑moving FMCG environment.

You will monitor overdue payments, follow up with customers, and assist with AR ageing and reporting while liaising with Sales and Finance to resolve billing issues. Fresh graduates are welcome, with immediate start a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/cert in accounting or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years AR/accounts experience preferred.
• Familiar with invoicing, payment processing, reconciliation, and debt collection.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL Accounting software is a plus.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Independent with minimal supervision; detail‑oriented.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Available to start immediately is advantageous.
• Experience in other accounting modules will be considered.

Responsibilities

JUNIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE (ACCOUNT RECEIVABLES)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES – ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

Handle daily Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including preparing invoices, issuing statements of accounts, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers on overdue invoices to ensure timely collections.

Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies or payment issues.

Record and update daily collections, incoming payments, and AR transactions in the accounting system.

Assist in preparing AR ageing reports, collection reports, and other relevant financial reports.

Verify payment details and ensure all receipts are properly recorded and allocated to the correct customer accounts.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, payment records, and other accounting documents.

Liaise with the Sales and Finance teams to resolve billing, payment, and account-related matters.

Assist with month-end closing and AR reporting activities.

Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least LCCI, Certificate, Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of invoicing, payment processing, customer account reconciliation, and debt collection.

Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Knowledge of SQL Accounting software will be an added advantage.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and willingness to learn.

Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.

Candidates who are available to start immediately will have an added advantage.

Candidates with experience on other modules of the accounting system will also be considered.
