Job summary

Huasin Food Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive to manage daily cash flows, AR/AP, and fixed assets. The role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience and familiarity with Autocount.

You will ensure timely payments, accurate invoicing, and monthly closings while maintaining asset registers and petty cash controls. Based in Subang Bestari, the successful candidate will handle comprehensive bookkeeping tasks, support financial reporting, and work with

• Minimum LCCI Higher / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience; retail/FMCG experience preferred.
• Experience with Autocount accounting system is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Subang Bestari.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow to ensure proper fund allocation and smooth operations.
• Prepare and report daily cashflow data accurately.
• Ensure timely payments for monthly installments, utilities, loans, credit cards, taxes, etc.
• Handle AR module: ensure accurate and timely invoicing for customers and intercompany customers.
• Follow up on customer collections and keep data up-to-date.
• Oversee FA module: ensure depreciation is correctly accounted and asset register is up-to-date.
• Manage petty cash and ensure proper safekeeping of funds.
• Handle AP / Trade Creditor: verify supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain monthly balance sheet analysis and bank reconciliations; ensure timely closing of accounts.

Accounts Executive/ Senior Accounts Executive

· Ensure daily cash management are well manage: to accountable for proper fund allocation & ensure smooth business operation

· Ensure daily cashflow report data are properly report

· Ensure all payment on time (i.e.: monthly installment /utilities/loan/credit card /income tax/ etc.)

· Responsible for AR (Account Receivable) module:

· Ensure accurate & timely billing: customer and Intercompany billing

· Ensure follow-up customer collection and data information are up-to-date

Responsible for FA (Fixed Assets) module:

· Ensure fixed assets invoice & Monthly depreciation are account correctly as per company fixed asset's policy

· Ensure fixed assets register are up-to-date

· Take Charge of Petty Cash: Ensure all transaction are up-to date and safe keep of money

Responsible for AP (Account Payable) Trade Creditor:

· Ensure all trade supplier invoice are properly verify, timely accounted and accurate payment

· Accountable to ensure all Balance Sheets account analysis & bank reconciliation - are timely updated monthly

· Ensure the monthly all the account modules are closed on time

· Perform any others ad hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

Possess minimum LCCI Higher/ Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or equivalent

preferably those with experience in Retail/ FMCG industry

At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required. Preferably in managing Key Account

Experience in Autocount accounting system is an added advantage
