Job summary

Azimuth Energy Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Junior Executive, Procurement and Logistics to support daily procurement, logistics, and inventory activities. You will prepare PRs and POs, coordinate with suppliers, and assist site operations.

Fresh graduates or 1–2 years’ experience are welcome; you should be organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask and meet deadlines, with willingness to support warehouse tasks as needed.

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, procurement, logistics or related field.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare PR & Purchase Orders (PO)
• Follow up with suppliers on quotations & delivery schedules
• Monitor inventory and update stock records
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, Finance & project teams

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or related field
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years’ experience are welcome
