NMUC in Johor Bahru is seeking an HR & Administration professional for the Main Campus on a contract basis. You will manage local and foreign staff recruitment, induction, welfare and compensation, and handle HR administration matters.
You will supervise payroll processing, prepare statutory reports (KWSP, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF), maintain employee records, and support employee relations, performance appraisals, and contracts renewal. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION MAIN CAMPUS (JOHOR BAHRU) CONTRACT
Managing local and foreign staff recruitment, induction, welfare and compensation and benefits GPA insurances and any other HR administration matters.Responsible in the handling and dealing with employees relation issues that included employee counselling, misconduct investigation, grievances handling and so on.Managing HR Systems for personnel data storage, payroll, leave administration, benefits etc.Manage payroll, conduct accurate payroll calculation and processing timely and accurately.Preparing reports and payment to statutory bodies i.e KWSP, SOCSO, LHDN and HRDF.Provide timely reports and analysis of monthly headcounts, payroll, recruitment and turnover statistics.Updating the organization chart and updating the induction and policy manual.Review application / resume, evaluate application skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualification for interviews.Process resignation / termination / dismissal and administer clearance for staff leaving the organization.Maintain employees performance management including the annual appraisal and salary review exercise and maintain employee personal files.Perform other ad-hoc tasks duties as and when required.Prepare employment contract and renewal contracts.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Administration, or a similar role is preferred.Knowledge of Malaysian employment practices, HR administration, and statutory requirements is an advantage.Good knowledge of recruitment, employee records, attendance, leave administration, payroll coordination, and general HR functions.Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
