Job summary

MMB EXPRESS HOLDINGS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Junior Executive - Data & Operations Monitoring in Selangor to handle daily data entry for parcel collection, delivery, dispatch, and operational records.

You will monitor parcel status, track delays, and coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, admin, and management to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting. The role includes preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports and improving data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry related to parcel collection, delivery, dispatch, and operational records.
• Monitor parcel status and update relevant information in the system.
• Track pending, delayed, returned, or undelivered parcels and coordinate with relevant personnel.
• Monitor daily attendance and operational performance of dispatchers/riders.
• Ensure all data and records are accurately entered and updated on time.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and follow up with the relevant team.
• Monitor collection and delivery progress to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, admin, and management regarding operational issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for operational records.
• Escalate urgent operational issues to the immediate superior.
• Assist in improving data accuracy and monitoring processes.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
