Job summary

Beaks Construction in Malaysia is seeking a dependable dispatcher/delivery staff to support daily dispatch duties, deliveries, and stock movements within Klang Valley. You will collect goods from suppliers, assist with warehousing tasks, and coordinate with HQ and field teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely deliveries.

The role requires a valid driving licence, willingness to travel domestically, and familiarity with Waze/Google Maps.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Valid driving licence with good driving record.
• Experience in dispatch, delivery, logistics, warehouse or operations is an advantage.
• Familiar with Klang Valley routes and navigation apps such as Waze/Google Maps.
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley and outstation when required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily dispatch duties, including delivery and collection of documents, parcels, samples, stock and other company items.
• Collect goods, packaging materials, documents or samples from suppliers, factories, warehouses and customers when required.
• Assist with stock and product movements between HQ, warehouse, production partners, outlets and other designated locations.
• Handle errands to banks, courier companies, government offices and other business locations when required.
• Arrange and support urgent deliveries or collections for customers, outlets and operational needs.
• Ensure all items and documents delivered or collected are correct, complete and properly acknowledged.
• Maintain proper records of deliveries, DOs, GTNs or other supporting documents and submit them to the relevant staff promptly.
• Update the Operations/Admin team on the status of assignments and immediately report any delay, shortage, damage or discrepancy.
• Assist with light loading, unloading, packing and stock handling when necessary.
• Support simple warehouse or operations work during periods when there are no dispatch assignments.
• Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean, safe and in good working condition, and report any servicing or maintenance requirements.
• Plan efficient routes and use navigation applications such as Waze or Google Maps.
• Follow company procedures relating to stock, documents, cash, confidential information and company property.
• Be willing to travel within Klang Valley and outstation when required.
• Perform other reasonable operational duties assigned by the Management.
