Job summary

MW INFINITY in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Junior Event & Roadshow Crew to support the planning, execution and delivery of our events and roadshows. You will work with the events team to ensure smooth operations and create memorable experiences for attendees.

The role requires hands-on participation, strong organization, and the ability to work weekends as needed. You will assist with setup, registration, vendor coordination and post-event data collection, reporting, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management, roadshows or similar roles, or a relevant qualification in event management or marketing.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical capability to perform hands-on tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic event management software.
• Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing circumstances in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of events and roadshows
• Support the setup and breakdown of event venues, including arranging equipment, signage and promotional materials
• Provide on-ground support during events, including registration, crowd management and attendee assistance
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality of services
• Assist in maintaining event materials, equipment and resources in good condition
• Support the collection and organisation of event data, feedback and documentation
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations
• Perform administrative tasks related to events, such as scheduling, documentation and record-keeping
• Support post-event activities, including feedback analysis and reporting
