Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN GLOBAL HIRE SDN. BHD. is seeking a responsible, organised Document Controller to support our Cyberjaya project team. This entry-level role is suitable for fresh graduates seeking their first full-time role in construction and engineering.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 0-2 years of working experience are welcome.
• No previous Document Controller experience is required. Training will be provided.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and basic office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organised, responsible and willing to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin communication skills will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organise project documents, drawings, submissions and correspondence.
• Maintain proper filing and document control systems.
• Track document submissions, approvals, revisions and records.
• Assist in preparing reports, meeting documents and project records.
• Coordinate documentation with project engineers, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure project documents are properly recorded, updated and easily accessible.
• Support the project team with general documentation and administrative tasks when required.
