Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is seeking a Jr. Business Analyst - Process Improvement (Credit Assessment) to review and enhance credit operation processes.

You will identify inefficiencies, analyze gaps, and lead initiatives to improve performance across the credit assessment function. You will also design and deliver training programs to upskill staff, develop BRDs for system enhancements, and collaborate with IT, Compliance, and Operations to implement corrective actions in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in process improvement, credit assessment operations, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience in data analysis, gap analysis, and training needs analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of credit operation processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Analyze existing processes, highlight gaps, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and monitor effectiveness.
• Prepare and conduct training programs to strengthen staff knowledge in assessment, screening, and verification processes.
• Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance results.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRD) for system enhancement related to credit operations.
• Engage and coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., IT, Reporting, Operations, Compliance) to resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
