• Minimum 1 year of working experience in process improvement, credit assessment operations, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience in data analysis, gap analysis, and training needs analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our Credit Assessment Group as an Jr. Business Analyst - Process Improvement (Credit Assessment). In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and enhancing credit operation processes, identifying performance gaps, and leading initiatives to improve efficiency.
