Job summary

Singda Superalloy (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a CNC Machine Operator in Malaysia to operate and set up CNC machines per drawings. You will machine superalloy and titanium components, interpret drawings, and perform quality checks using precision instruments.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of CNC experience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• SPM/'O' Level or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant CNC operator experience.
• Proficient in operating and setting up CNC machines.
• Strong detail orientation and commitment to quality.
• Basic understanding of mechanical principles and machine maintenance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines according to production requirements and engineering drawings.
• Machining of superalloy, titanium alloy, and other metal components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Conduct quality checks using vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Monitor machine operation, tool condition, and product quality.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and tool changes.
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and 6S requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
