Job summary

• Prepare key documents before kickoff: BRD, FDD validation, SOW, change assessments.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join an agile team supporting a large-scale CRM transformation initiative within the banking sector. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and system capabilities, working closely with stakeholders across sales, service and support functions to deliver a CRM solution that maximises out-of-the-box functionality while minimising unnecessary customisation.

What You'll Do

• Work within an agile team of business analysts to capture and translate business requirements into final implementation
• Analyse business needs against system capabilities, identifying gaps and optimising build specifications for the new CRM platform
• Conduct in-depth reviews and discussions with existing CRM business users to understand business rules, processes and workflows
• Partner with business owners to develop test strategies, test scenarios and scripts, ensuring alignment with IT-side test managers
• Prepare key documentation prior to project kickoff, including Business Requirement Documents, Functional Design Document validation, Scope of Work and Change Request assessments
• Collaborate closely with Business and IT leads, and stakeholders across sales, service, support, product, platform and senior management functions

What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to document business requirements and test scenarios/strategies for large-scale system or platform transformations
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise deliverables
• Ability to influence and drive initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups
• Solid understanding of banking products, services and functions
• Good grasp of IT systems and delivery mechanismsA basic degree, with experience in Business Requirements/Analyst or Project Management roles considered a strong advantage
• Experience delivering large-scale IT projects, particularly with CRM systems, is highly advantageous
