• Must document business requirements and test strategies for large-scale transformations.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Ability to influence and drive initiatives across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Capture and translate business requirements into implementation in an agile team.
• Analyse requirements against system capabilities and identify gaps.
• Conduct reviews with CRM users to understand rules and processes.
• Develop test strategies, scenarios and scripts with IT test managers.
• Prepare key documents before kickoff: BRD, FDD validation, SOW, change assessments.
• Collaborate with business and IT leads across sales, service, product and management.
