SOME GUYS SDN. BHD. in Petaling Jaya invites energetic culinary professionals to join The Bakehouse and Restaurant as pastry/bakery staff under experienced leadership. You will gain hands-on exposure across artisan pastry and bakery operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years pastry/bakery experience in a professional kitchen.
• Culinary School Diploma Grad.
• Able to work to tight schedules and maintain hygiene/QA.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production of high-quality pastry/bakery items while maintaining hygiene/QA standards.
• Gain hands-on across artisan pastry/bakery operation under Head Chef/Baker.
• Able to work to tight schedules, manage time well, clean as you go, and prioritize tasks.

Overview Role

Working directly under well-experienced Head Chef or Baker; you will gain hand-ons across artisan pastry /bakery operation.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years of pastry/bakery experience in a professional kitchen.

Or a Culinary School Diploma Grad.

Craftsmanship:

Assist in daily production of high-quality pastry/bakery station while maintaining strict Hygiene/QA standards.

Mind-set:

Able to work to tight schedules, manage time well, clean as you go, prioritize tasks effectively, and take pride in your craft.
