Overview Role

Working directly under well-experienced Head Chef or Baker; you will gain hand‑ons across artisan pastry /bakery operation.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of pastry/bakery experience in a professional kitchen. Or a Culinary School Diploma Grad.
• Craftsmanship: Assist in daily production of high-quality pastry/bakery station while maintaining strict Hygiene/QA standards.
• Mind‑set: Able to work to tight schedules, manage time well, clean as you go, prioritize tasks effectively, and take pride in your craft.
• Growth Trajectory: A structured path toward Senior Chef positions, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility as the company expands into new outlets.
