The Bakehouse and Restaurant in Petaling Jaya invites enthusiastic individuals to join our Service Crew. Located in Section 13, we blend artisanal bakery with a high-quality hot kitchen and craft beverages, offering continuous learning and career advancement.

As part of the Service Crew, you will be among the first contacts for guests, helping shape our service culture. You will assist with both service and barista duties, with guidance to build confidence.

Located in vibrant Section 13, Petaling Jaya, The Bakehouse and Restaurant combines artisanal bakery and pastry craftsmanship with a high-calibre hot food kitchen and craft beverages. We are looking for key talent to partner with our two newly appointed Head Chefs and help launch our flagship location.

Overall Role:

As part of the Service Crew, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests and help shape the service culture of our flagship outlet.

You will work closely with the Front of House Lead to deliver warm, attentive hospitality, build strong guest relationships, and maintain a consistently high standard of service throughout the day. You will be expected to work across both service and barista duties, with training and guidance provided to help you become confident and capable in both areas.

Key Responsibilities and Qualification:

Experience:

Basic Crew: No prior experience required. (We only ask for two things: an open mind and a willingness to learn.)

Senior Crew: Minimum of one (1) year of direct, hands-on experience in a high-volume, full-service dining or premium café environment.

Mind-set:

Team-oriented, able to adapt and learn, while remaining resilient under the pressures of a fast-paced-service-environment.

Growth Trajectory:

High potential to advance to Senior Crew/Service Lead positions within the current or future branches.
