Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries for direct and indirect materials
• Communicate with vendors to confirm orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain positive relationships
• Help track stock levels, update records, and flag shortages to ensure uninterrupted production
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance
• Support initiatives to streamline purchasing and logistics workflows
• Work with finance, operations, and warehouse teams to align supply chain activities
