Job summary

Turn Cloud Technology Service (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to assist the project manager in delivering projects from pre-sales through implementation. You will liaise with sales, consulting, and customer teams to ensure requirements are captured and projects progress smoothly.

You will also prepare UAT test scenarios and scripts, provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, and help communicate progress across all parties involved.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager to implement project, from pre-sales, support development, implementation
• Work closely between the sales team, consulting team, and the customer.
• Engage with clients to gather and document detailed system requirements.
• Prepare test scenarios and test scripts for UAT.
• Regularly provide the customer with a regular status update (for example, troubleshooting or process handling)
• Ensure progress updates are communicated to relevant parties both formally and informally.
