Job summary

Qaaf Resources Sdn. Bhd seeks a Project Manager (Non-SAP) for Cloud Applications to support the Program Lead in refining the cloud operating model and detailing cloud functions, processes, and roles. You will map interfaces between departments to fix gaps and help implement monitoring tools for overall effectiveness.

The role emphasizes structured, methodical work, strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders to deliver successful cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing at least one medium scale (RM5 million+) application development project from initiation to closure.
• Experience in managing at least one medium scale (RM5 million+) system integration project from initiation to closure.
• Experience in managing at least two medium scale (RM5 million+) application migration to AWS or Azure and app rationalization from initiation to closure.
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Project as planning tool.

PROJECT MANAGER(NON-SAP)
CLOUD APPLICATION

This role will provide dedicated support and assistance to the Program Lead in the following areas:

• Work with ICT’s Cloud Operating Model Lead to refine TNB’s cloud operating model with current IT Operating Model.
• Assist in detailing cloud functions overlaying current IT operating model.
• Assist in detailing cloud processes and its flow.
• Assist in detailing cloud roles for clarity and alignment.
• Assist in detailing interfaces between departments to iron out gaps that may exist.
• Assist in detailing performance management for all the interfaces and internal process for each process owner.
• Assist in implementing a management tool to monitor and track the effectiveness of the whole cloud operating model.

Personal Skill Requirements

• Basic understanding of finance, profit & loss, budgeting.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (for Malaysian candidates)
• Good interpersonal skillsfor dealing with all relevant stakeholders.
