UNITED BC TEAM SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive (AP & AR) to support daily accounting operations. You will help process supplier invoices, manage receivables, perform bank reconciliations, and assist with monthly close to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role emphasizes building a solid foundation in accounting, requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, and encourages initiative and teamwork.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and AP/AR processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and a responsible working attitude.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

Handle day-to-day AP: supplier invoices, bills, transactions, and records.
Reconcile supplier statements and prepare payment schedules.
Assist with AR: invoicing, recording payments, follow‑ups on overdue accounts.
Monitor daily bank balances and assist cash flow monitoring.
Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers on accounting matters.
Support monthly close: GL postings, journal entries, and accounting schedules.
