Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Junior Account Executive in Setia Alam, Selangor to support the finance team with daily bookkeeping, data entry, and clerical tasks. You will handle AP/AR, prepare invoices, reconcile bank statements, and assist with month-end closing to keep records accurate.

The ideal candidate holds SPM/LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent, has at least 1 year of experience (fresh graduates welcome), and is proficient in MS Office and accounting software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) and accounting software required.
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in Setia Alam, 5-day work week.
