Job summary

BMC Travel Sdn Bhd is seeking an entry-level accounting assistant to support daily accounting and administrative tasks in our Kuala Lumpur office. The role involves data entry, maintaining records, and assisting with AP/AR, reconciliations, and monthly reports.

The position offers exposure to auditors and internal coordination to ensure accurate financial documentation and filing. Training will be provided to help you grow in the accounting function.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and administrative tasks.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with our internal department when necessary.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and other basic accounting duties.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and supporting documents.
• Liaise with auditors as required.
