Job summary

Media Art Advertising Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive (AP & AR) to join the Finance team in Subang Jaya. You will support AP/AR, assist with payments, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing activities.

You will work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure accurate financial records. Qualifications include a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1–3 years in accounting or AP/AR roles.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and AP/AR processes.
• Familiarity with Excel and accounting software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily supplier invoices, verify bills and supporting documents.
• Record transactions and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Reconcile supplier statements and prepare payment schedules.
• Assist with customer invoicing and monitor outstanding balances.
• Track daily bank balances and assist cash flow monitoring.
• Support monthly closing, GL postings, and journal entries.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors on accounting matters.
