Job summary

AONE Maintenance Sdn Bhd is hiring a Junior Continuing Airworthiness Coordinator in Shah Alam to manage aircraft maintenance records for a fleet of business jets, and to support CAMO activities across daily tasks.

You will update CAMP with task details, monitor expiries and assist in preparing work packs, AD/SB compliance documentation, and audits. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance, Aviation Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or work experience in aircraft maintenance, planning or records is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation and airworthiness requirements; familiarity with EASA & FAA regulations is a plus.
• Experience with CAMP, Traxxall or similar maintenance tracking system is an advantage.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the discipline to keep records complete and accurate.
• Good written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Able to work under pressure, handle several tasks at once and meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn, take instruction and work as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours and be contactable for AOG situations when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organise aircraft maintenance records for an assigned group of business jets (Gulfstream and Bombardier).
• Update the CAMP system with completed tasks, changes and aircraft hours/cycles; ensure accuracy of entries.
• Monitor upcoming maintenance, life-limited parts and expiry dates; alert Senior CAMO Coordinator before due dates.
• Assist in preparing work orders and work packages for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Screen Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins; maintain AD/SB compliance records.
• Collect, review and file completed work packs, Certificates of Release to Service and log book entries; follow up on missing paperwork.
• Track deferred defects against the MEL and keep the open-items list current.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, crew, MROs and vendors to obtain records and information.
• Support CAMO personnel with document retrieval and preparation for audits.
• Help prepare Certificate of Airworthiness renewal, registration and permit documentation.
