Airbus Customer Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Senior Aircraft Configuration Data Officer to manage day-to-day ACD operations within the FHS network. You will ensure data integrity, handle GRB blocks, and provide technical guidance to the team.

You will perform 24-hour processing of ACD, deliver operational reports, and support process improvements while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize workflows and maintain high-quality data across MIS and CASTOR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or Aviation related fields.
• 3 years of experience in Aviation Supply Chain, Logistics, MRO, or Order Management; or, 2 Years as Operational Lead in Aviation Industry (Supply Chains, Logistics, MRO, or Order Management)
• Clear understanding of repair ordering workflows, aircraft technical documentation management, order blockage resolution, and goods receipt procedures
• Deep familiarity with Flight Hour Services (FHS) operational schemes or similar Power-by-the-Hour (PBH) support models
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning systems and operational reporting tools
• Familiarity with visual management tools and daily operational steering frameworks (e.g., SQCDP dashboards)

Responsabilités

• Triage and analyze unserviceable parts and GRB, define routing in CASTOR per governance.
• Maintain MIS data integrity and perform technical quality reviews on documentation ingested via customer portals.
• Create and process complex Aircraft Configuration Data (ACD) within 24-hour target window.
• Aggregate raw database metrics to produce structured operational reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional FHS stakeholders to address recurrent technical blockages and streamline ACD queries.
