Qualifications

• English and Bahasa language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, verify claims, and prepare payment vouchers.
• Issue invoices and follow up with clients or customers on outstanding payments.
• Perform daily or monthly bank reconciliations and verify discrepancies.
• Key financial data into the company's accounting software.
• Maintain proper filing of financial records, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing documents for SST and month-end/year-end closing processes.]
