Job summary

Pembinaan Tuju Setia Sdn Bhd seeks a Junior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive to support the Accounts and Finance Department with daily accounting tasks in Bandar Puteri, Puchong.

You will update receivables and payables, verify petty cash and staff claims, and maintain project and general ledgers using our accounting software. English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, with UBS and ERP software knowledge as a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating accounts receivables and issue invoices.
• Update accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices and gathering appropriate signatures.
• Assist in verification of all petty cash reimbursement, staff claims and payments.
• Updating financial records Project ledger and general ledger via Accounting Software.
• Other accounting duties that may be assigned from time to time.
