Job summary

ROWY HARDWARE SDN. BHD. is seeking an organized accounting professional to manage AP/AR functions and maintain accurate financial records. The role involves data entry, ledger maintenance, and timely processing of payments in a fast-growing Malaysian company.

The candidate should have 1-2 years in accounting, a recognized degree or ACCA-equivalent, and preferably experience with Autocount. Mandarin proficiency is preferred for client interactions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years working experience in accounting or financial management.
• Bachelor's Degree / Accounting Professional Papers / ACCA or equivalent, preferably CGPA > 3.0.
• Experience with Autocount is a strong advantage.
• Mandarin language skills preferred as role interacts with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records including GL, AP and AR.
• Perform data entry and general bookkeeping tasks.
• Prepare and monitor aging receivable and payable reports; follow up on payments.
• Assist in cash flow monitoring, cash flow projection, bank reconciliation and banking facilities.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends and improvement areas.
• Ensure daily accounting tasks and deadlines are met.
• Match accounting documents; support daily accounting operations.
• Adhere to SOPs and accounting policies; file and label documents for reference.
• Support Account Manager and team on finance-related matters.

This recruitment notice is specifically tailored for meticulous, organized, number-savvy ladies who are passionate about accounting.

Job summary

Responsible to handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Financial data entry and general book keeping.

Maintain, prepare & monitor aging receivable & payable reports as well as follow-up for payment.

Assist in monitoring company cash flows, cash flow projection, bank reconciliation, bank facilities and etc.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Ensure daily accounts function and datelines are met.

Matching of accounting documents and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions

Ensure undertaking with company SOP and accounting policies and procedures.

Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labelled and kept for future references.

Assist Account Manager and team members in any financial-related and accounting administrative matters.

If you also fulfill the following requirements, you are exactly the one we are looking for:

1-2 years working experience in accounting or financial management.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Accounting Professional Papers/ ACCA / or equivalent, preferably with CGPA above 3.0.

Superb advantage if you have experience in usingAutocountsystem.

Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
