TSM Welding Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant to join our finance team in Selangor. You will handle daily accounting tasks, support AP/AR, and assist with month-end closing.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/LCCI/Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, has 1–2 years of relevant experience, and is proficient in AutoCount, SQL Accounting, and Excel. A keen eye for detail and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/LCCI/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience; fresh graduates welcome with strong foundation.
• Proficiency in AutoCount and SQL Accounting; strong Excel skills.
• Understanding of local statutory requirements and general accounting principles.
• High accuracy, detail-oriented, and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including AP, AR, and petty cash.
• Verify supplier invoices, prepare payment vouchers, and issue customer invoices/receipts.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in balancing general ledgers.
• Support monthly management reports and schedules.
• Maintain filing for tax, audit, and e-invoicing compliance.
• Assist in ad-hoc administrative or finance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and petty cash.
• Verify supplier invoices, prepare payment vouchers, and issue customer invoices/official receipts.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in balancing general ledgers.
• Support preparation of monthly management reports and schedules.
• Maintain organized filing systems for tax, audit, and e-invoicing compliance records.
• Assist in ad-hoc administrative or finance tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/LCCI/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates with a strong foundation are welcome to apply).
• Proficiency in computerized accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL Accounting) and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic understanding of local statutory requirements and general accounting principles.
