Job summary

Tiong Woon Corporation Holding Ltd is seeking an Accounts Assistant in Malaysia to support daily accounting tasks. You will process supplier invoices, handle payments, manage petty cash, issue invoices and credit notes, and assist with overseas accounts.

You will also assist monthly management reports, audit schedules, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and preparation for annual audits. Minimum 1 year accounting experience, a Diploma in Accounting, and strong MS Office skills are required;

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years experience in Accounting fields.
• Diploma in Accounting
• Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast paced working environment.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Availability to commence work immediately or with short notice preferred.
