Job summary

Transcargo Worldwide (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics specialist to handle customs declarations, inspections, and cargo deliveries at CFS/Bonded warehouses. The role requires familiarity with export/import flows for seafreight and cross-border trucking, and knowledge of customs processes and exemptions.

Candidates should have 3+ years in the field, good English/Bahasa Malaysia, and willingness to travel. The company offers a five-day work week, competitive salary with bonus, and comprehensive

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication & writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to travel to port, warehouse & other operation related locations.
• Able to work independently, self-initiative, responsible and strong work commitment.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customs inspection / examination.
• Attend cargo delivery at CFS Warehouse & Bonded Warehouse.
• Familiar with the flow of export & import for Seafreight & Cross Border Trucking.
• Familiar with customs system process flow and customs officer
• Familiar with DG, ZB, OOG application.
• Familiar with HS Code, Import Duty & SST computation.
• Perform other task as required by the management and other job-related functions as when required.

Job description

Master in K1, K2, K3, K8, K9, DG, ZB & MY Payment

Master in customs declaration using Dagang Net front-end software and customs system: MyCIEDS

Attend to customs inspection / examination

Attend cargo delivery at CFS Warehouse & Bonded Warehouse

Familiar with all exemptions such as LMW, SST Exemption, MIDA, LPO & etc

Familiar with COO such as Form D, Form E & etc

Familiar with the flow of export & import for Seafreight & Cross Border Trucking

Familiar with customs system process flow and customs officer

Familiar with DG, ZB, OOG application.

Familiar with HS Code, Import Duty & SST computation

Familiar with temporary import and export procedures such as BG, ATA Carnet, exhibition, send for repair and return & etc

Familiar with Import Duty and BG drawback

Familiar with rules & regulations of customs and other government agencies

Perform other task as required by the management and other job-related functions as when required.

Requirement:
