Job summary

Arvion Services is seeking a Job Controller Executive to support automotive refurbishment and production operations at our Klang site. You will coordinate job distribution, monitor vehicle progress, and ensure all jobs meet lead times and production targets.

The role requires strong coordination, good communication with Consultants and Contractors, and the ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment. On-site work in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor, is expected.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in automotive, preferably with Job Controller duties.
• Experience in after-sales, body & paint, or refurbishment operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple jobs.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and coordinate jobs among Consultants based on incoming vehicle volume.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound vehicle activities, ensuring vehicles are received and discharged according to the DO listing.
• Monitor and control ongoing jobs to ensure Consultants and Contractors complete work within the required timeline.
• Track WIP (Work in Progress) closely and follow up on pending jobs to prevent delays.
• Monitor QC activities and ensure vehicles meet the required quality standards.
• Coordinate petrol arrangement for vehicles when required.
• Monitor daily reports submitted by Consultants and ensure all information is updated accurately and on time.
• Assist the Manager in managing daily operations when required.
• Maintain effective communication with Consultants, Contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify operational delays or issues and follow up promptly to ensure production targets are achieved.

We are looking for a Job Controller Executive to support automotive refurbishment and production operations. You will be responsible for coordinating job distribution, monitoring vehicle progress, controlling workflow, and ensuring all jobs are completed within the required lead time and production targets.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• At least MLVK Level 3 in Automotive Body Repair / Automotive Engineering Technology, or a Certificate/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related automotive field, preferably with Job Controller experience.
• Experience in automotive after-sales, particularly Service, Body & Paint, or refurbishment operations.
• Exposure to After-Sales, Body & Paint, Assembly Plant, or automotive production operations.
• Strong coordination, job monitoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Good communication skills with internal teams, Consultants, and Contractors.
