Job summary

Ming Heng Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking a Job Controller to join our Automotive Aftersales & Workshop Team in Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate daily workshop jobs and job orders, track repair progress, and ensure timely completion.

Ideal candidates have SKM/Certificate/Diploma in Automotive or related fields and experience in automotive service centres. Strong organization and basic computer skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive workshop exposure.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and people.
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily workshop jobs and JO (Job Orders).
• Track repair progress and workshop turnaround times.
• Follow up on pending jobs, parts and repair status.
• Ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
• Maintain accurate job records and workshop documentation.
• Support Workshop/Aftersales Management in daily operations.

Your Role

Coordinate and monitor daily workshop jobs & Job Orders (JO)

Track vehicle repair progress and workshop turnaround time

Follow up on pending jobs, parts and repair status

Ensure jobs are completed according to schedule

Monitor vehicle movement from check-in repair completion

Maintain accurate job records, repair orders & workshop documentation

Support Workshop / Aftersales Management in daily operations

What We're Looking For

SKM / Certificate / Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical or related field

Experience in Automotive Workshop / Aftersales / Service Centre is an advantage

Familiar with Job Order, Repair Order, Workshop Workflow & Vehicle Repair Process

Organized, responsible and able to multitask

Basic computer skills
