Job summary

Pasona HR Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a bilingual translator/interpreter to support corporate communication in Malaysia. You will translate documents, review external translations, and provide interpretation for management interactions and store visits.

Also, you will assist with admin tasks and prepare training materials as needed, liaising with Japanese stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Translate corporate philosophy books, documents and manuals with accuracy.
• Review translations prepared by external translation agencies for consistency and suitability.
• Provide interpretation support for discussions and negotiations with management and partners.
• Accompany Japanese employees during store visits to offer interpretation assistance.
• Assist with general business communication involving Japanese-speaking stakeholders when needed.

• Translating Corporate Philosophy Books, documents and manuals


• Interpreting when Management visits outlets


• Translate internal and external documents, ensuring accuracy and appropriate use of company-specific terminology.


• Review and revise translations prepared by external translation agencies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and suitability for internal and external use.


• Provide interpretation support for discussions and negotiations, including management and external business partners.


• Accompany Japanese employees during store visits, providing interpretation support as required.


• Support general business communication involving Japanese-speaking stakeholders when interpretation is required.


• Provide administration support to the department, including data compilation, preparation of training materials and other duties as assigned or required from time to time.
