Job summary

Amgen Malaysia or Japan seeks a Staff Relations Manager to support JAPAC, especially for Japan. You will conduct HR investigations and provide staff relations guidance to managers and staff, focusing on policy adherence, fairness, and confidentiality.

Reporting to the Regional Staff Relations Lead, you will partner with HR, Compliance, Legal and business leaders to investigate issues, coach on performance, document actions, and foster a constructive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above and 5 years of Investigations/Employee Relations experience.
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations, and business practices related to HR.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HR investigations in JAPAC, ensuring confidentiality and objectivity.
• Develop professional investigation records including plans and summaries.
• Report findings to HR colleagues, legal partners, and business leaders clearly.
