Job Description
Serve as a key liaison with Japan HQ, handling documentation updates and translations between Japanese, Chinese, English, and Malay.
Review and localize HQ SOPs to ensure compliance with Malaysian laws and regulations.
Prepare, update, and manage corporate governance documentation and coordinate with Japan HQ on administrative and compliance matters.
Handle HR administration including recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of employee records.
Administer leave management, attendance records, and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
Support performance appraisal processes and HR reporting to HQ.
Coordinate internal audits, compliance reviews, and HQ inspections while liaising with auditors and relevant authorities.
Handle general affairs, employee inquiries, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:35pm
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in any industry.
Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japan HQ and translate documents.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay to communicate with various stakeholders and handle multilingual documentation.
Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR compliance.
Ability to work independently with leadership qualities and a self-motivated attitude.
