Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 5+ years in investigations/employee relations.
• Experience handling HR investigations and applying company policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and direct HR investigations across JAPAC region, including Japan, with confidentiality.
• Provide staff relations guidance to managers and staff.
• Draft professional investigation records and summaries.
• Report findings to HR partners and business leaders clearly.
• Develop solutions with managers on performance, discipline, and conflict.
• Participate in or counsel on corrective actions and training on HR policies.
