Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with exposure to Japan-facing projects.
• Proficiency in Java, React, Oracle, and MySQL.
• Experience with REST API development, Spring Boot, and database design.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities; willingness to travel overseas.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Japan-facing software development projects across all lifecycle phases.
• Interpret Japanese specification documents and create module-level designs and documentation.
• Code and develop using Java and React per design specs.
• Perform unit and integration testing and document results.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Japanese clients to clarify requirements.
• Support project delivery with the Project Leader and team.
