Job summary

Responsibilities

• Repairing, maintenance, and asset tracking of IT systems including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, EPOS terminals, and handheld scanners.
• Managing the configuration of Cisco networking equipment, EPOS Till systems, handheld devices, and printers.
• Processing of returns and recycling equipment.
• Ensuring accurate stock inventory and asset management.
• Utilizing Zendesk to manage workload/tickets and respond to phone requests.
• Coordinating hardware for store rollouts and acquisitions.
