Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Technical Writer to craft clear manuals, API references, installation guides, SOPs, release notes, and knowledge base articles for our ERP, POS, and mobile app solutions. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and support teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and consistency.

This role is on-site in Kuala Lumpur, with a focus on keeping documentation current and improving processes.

Qualifications

• 2 years of technical writing or technical documentation experience.
• Ability to turn complex IT concepts into clear guides.
• Attention to detail and consistency in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create user manuals, API docs, installation guides, SOPs, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and support teams to gather information.
• Review content for accuracy, clarity, and conciseness.
• Keep documentation up-to-date with product features and updates.
• Suggest process improvements to documentation workflows.

We need an IT Technical Writer to create clear, user-friendly documentation for our cutting-edge IT solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Create Key Documents: Write and edit user manuals, API documentation, installation guides, SOPs, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and support teams to gather information.
• Ensure Clarity: Review content for accuracy, consistency, and simplicity.
• Stay Updated: Keep documentation current with product features and updates.
• Improve Processes: Suggest ways to make our documentation better.
