Job summary

IDMS Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking to hire on-site IT support staff to provide services in Kajang, Putrajaya and surrounding areas. The role includes on-site installation, troubleshooting, and end-to-end support from our Kajang Sentral office.

Successful candidates will be assigned based on home address and coverage in the Putrajaya, Kajang and Bangi regions. Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided; full-time position; attractive incentives, annual increments and travel

Qualifications

• Certificate in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Analytical and technically oriented.
• Mature and able to work with minimum supervision.

• 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia/ English.
• Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.
• Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer's complaints.
• Knowledge of color digital print products and knowledge of file handling software will be an added advantage.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided by the Company.
