Leo Automation Trading is seeking a Copier Technician to service outdoor/on-site at customer locations in Johor Bahru and surrounding areas. The role involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and travelling to client sites to ensure reliable operation.

You must possess a valid driving licence and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Bahasa Malaysia and English communication is required, with experience in Canon, Ricoh or Sharp brands

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in copier/photocopier/printer service.
• Experience with photocopier brands like Canon/Ricoh/Sharp.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to work outdoors and travel to customer sites.
• Valid driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Perform outdoor / on-site servicing and repair of photocopiers and MFP machines at customer locations.
• Attend to customer service calls and troubleshoot machine problems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and technical issues and carry out necessary repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and regular servicing of machines.
• Install, repair and replace machine parts and components when required.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers.
• Prepare service reports and record repair and maintenance activities.
• Travel to different customer locations for scheduled service calls.
• Coordinate with the office and service team regarding service schedules and machine repairs.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide professional after-sales service.

Key responsibilities

About you

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a Copier Technician / Photocopier Technician / Printer Technician.

Relevant experience in photocopier / MFP servicing, troubleshooting and repair is required.

Experience with Canon, Ricoh, Sharp, or other photocopier brands will be an added advantage.

Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

Good problem-solving and technical skills.

Willing to work outdoors and travel to customer sites for service calls.

Willing to travel within Johor and surrounding areas when required.

Possess a valid driving licence.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
