Blue Solutions Sdn Bhd, based in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a Junior Executive to promote Konica Minolta and Fujifilm digital systems, identify new opportunities, and drive sales initiatives in government, corporate and SME sectors.

The role requires strong communication, MS Office skills, and a customer-focused, results-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and travel locally. Office-based in Petaling Jaya / Ara Damansara.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, CS or related sales field.
• At least 1 year sales experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to learn presentation, selling, negotiation and demonstration skills.
• Customer-oriented; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Result-driven with goal to earn high income.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage.
• Own transport (car) and able to communicate with all levels.

Junior Executive

Responsibilities:

• Promote KONICA MINOLTA &FUJIFILM Digital Multifunction Systems, offering integrated print, copy, fax, scan, and email functionalities tailored FOR GOVERNMENT, CORPORATE and SME environments.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in alignment with the organization's growth strategy.
• Execute sales and marketing initiatives to achieve company targets and expand the market presence.
• Strengthen the sales pipeline by fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and delivering after-sales support.
• Organize sales visits to demonstrate and present products effectively.
• Manage inquiries and prepare accurate quotations for clients.
• Expand the client base and contribute towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma / Advance / Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Marketing / Information Technologies / Computer Science or any other discipline that has relation to Sales.
• Possess at least 1 years working experience in Sales OR FRESH GRADUATE ARE ALSO WELCOME.
• Willingness to learn various skills ie. presentation, selling, negotiation and demonstration skills.
• Possess customer-oriented approach and ability to work in fast-pace environment.
• Result driven with constant desire to earn high income.
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking would be an advantage.
