Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Systems & Warehouse Automation Executive to drive digital transformation in a fast-growing logistics environment, focusing on WMS, AMR, and system integration.

Responsibilities include supporting implementation, coordinating with vendors, enabling API/EDI integrations, monitoring data flow, and deploying IT infrastructure for new warehouses. 2–5 years in IT systems and warehouse tech is preferred, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years of IT systems, system implementation, WMS or warehouse tech experience.
• Basic knowledge of WMS, ERP integration, API or EDI is an advantage.
• Exposure to warehouse automation, AMR, AGV or robotics is an advantage.
• Networking basics and IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication and coordination with customers, vendors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, testing and go-live of warehouse automation and AMR solutions.
• Coordinate with AMR vendors on system setup and improvements.
• Support WMS and customer integration via API, EDI and middleware.
• Monitor data flow between customer systems, WMS and automation platforms.
• Assist UAT, user training and deployment.
• Coordinate IT infrastructure setup for new warehouse projects (network, devices).
• Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, customers and internal IT/WMS teams.
• Document projects and track milestones; provide updates.
• Travel to warehouse sites as required.

IT Systems & Warehouse Automation Executive

We're looking for an IT Systems & Warehouse Automation Executive to support digital transformation initiatives and technology projects in a fast-growing logistics environment. You'll get the opportunity to work with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), system integration and warehouse technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation, testing and go-live of warehouse automation and AMR solutions
• Coordinate with AMR vendors and technology partners on system setup, troubleshooting and improvements
• Support WMS and customer system integration, including API, EDI and middleware
• Monitor system and data flow between customer systems, WMS and automation platforms
• Support UAT, user training and system deployment
• Coordinate IT infrastructure setup for new warehouse projects, including network/Wi-Fi, handheld devices, barcode scanners and label printers
• Work closely with Operations, Business Development, customers, vendors and internal IT/WMS teams
• Support solution implementation, project documentation and ensure project milestones are delivered on time
• Coordinate issue resolution and provide implementation updates to relevant stakeholders
• Travel to warehouse sites when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT systems, system implementation, WMS, warehouse technology or related areas
• Basic knowledge of WMS, ERP integration, API or EDI is an advantage
• Exposure to warehouse automation, AMR, AGV or robotics is an advantage
• Basic understanding of networking, warehouse devices and IT infrastructure
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with customers, vendors and internal teams
