Job summary

CJ Century Logistics – Bukit Raja, Selangor is seeking a WMS IT Manager to provide functional and technical support to Warehouse Operations and lead IT solutions and projects for new or existing customers.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, delivering nWMS/nTMS/LolS WMS deployments, and guiding end users with technical training to drive continuous improvements while meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or MIS related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting Warehouse Management System.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive and successfully manage a project.
• Experience in transport management system (TMS) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• As project lead to coordinate with respective stakeholder to plans, organize, scheduling and capture the client's technical requirement.
• Coordinate with VINA IT team to provide nWMS/nTMS/LolS WMS solutions based on client's technical requirement and project tracking to ensure the project implementation are on schedule.
• Analyse, design, construct and test nWMS/nTMS/LolS WMS new deployment or application enhancement.
• Communicate and collaborate with external business partners support on the resolutions of application and system issues.
• Provide technical guidance and training to end users.
• Continuous to drive operational improvements.
• Ensure service requests and incidents are resolved within SLAs and all audit findings closed in a timely manner.
• Prioritize by issue and pro-active to attend support calls.
• Flexible to take on additional roles and responsibilities as required by the business.
