Job summary

ProSales in Kuala Lumpur is hiring an IT Support Specialist to handle hardware, software, network and system issues. You will manage IT infrastructure, cloud services and user accounts while coordinating with external vendors.

A key focus is supporting AI initiatives and digital solutions to improve productivity and workflows. The role requires 1–3 years’ IT support experience, familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills to assist

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT or related field with 1–3 years of IT support experience.
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, endpoints and business apps.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and AI/automation tools; eager to learn new tech.
Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and organizational skills; able to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

Provide IT support across hardware, software, network and system issues with timely assistance.
Manage IT systems and infrastructure including computers, devices, user accounts, cloud services, network systems and business apps; coordinate with external providers.
Assist AI and automation initiatives by identifying repetitive tasks, evaluating AI tools and implementing digital solutions to improve workflows.
Maintain IT security, documentation and asset records, including user access, licensing, configurations and incident logs.
Guide users on new systems, document solutions and suggest improvements to IT operations.
