Job summary

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in IT or Computer Science, be proficient in Windows and Mac, with MCP or Azure Administrator cert

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems and common software applications.
Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, domain management, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
Familiarity with network protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
Manage and support Active Directory and domain environments.
Assist with setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
Document and track support requests, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
Collaborate with IT team to identify and implement IT process improvements.
Provide training and guidance to users on IT topics and best practices.
Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.
